To all Gann enthusiasts:
Much of the last 25 years of my life has been influenced
by the aura of W. D. Gann. I have spent countless hours
working with the many stock and futures charts, books
and papers that my late husband Billy and I brought
home in 1976 when we purchased the Lambert-Gann Publishing
Co. The emotions evoked by the smell and texture of
the old chart paper and leather bindings, combined with
my compulsive desire to personally know Mr. Gann, started
me on a massive search for facts about his life.
Genealogy opened the door to my discovery of W. D. Gann's
large diversified extended family. Dedication to recording
family history has resulted in more than 14,000 families
being recorded in journals spanning four centuries.
I have attended the annual Gann Family Reunion every
year since 1992, each held in a different location around
the country. I am proud to be on the board of directors
of the Gann Family.
My involvement with his family brought me to the realization
that I have an obligation to history. That obligation
is to pass on the legacy of a man who was truly a mathematical
and market genius. It is now time to teach from the
original writings and charts the methodology that was
truly his.
Gann's rich legacy of books, courses, letters and hand-drawn
charts has been gathering dust too long. Because the
material is difficult to understand and apply, I decided
to put together a team to study the material with the
mission of teaching authentic Gann trading and forecasting
methods.
Lambert-Gann Educators Inc. is now fulfilling that mission
in several ways.
1. Lambert-Gann Educators, Inc. publishes a
free newsletter, The New W. D. Gann Technical Review,
so that everyone can have access to Gann's teachings.
Subscribers receive reprints of The W. D. Gann Technical
Review, published by Billy Jones in the early 1980s.
They also receive articles written to give current market
examples of the Gann lessons Billy taught two decades
ago. Articles are also published which show Gann principles
working in modern markets.
2. Lambert-Gann Educators, Inc. is producing
a range of products that help clarify Gann principles.
The first of these products is the very popular Natural
Squares Calculator, a comprehensive course on Gann's
powerful Square of Nine. This course includes an enhanced
Gann wheel, based on the actual design of those Gann
used in his forecasting and trading.
3. Lambert-Gann Educators, Inc. also conducts
intensive hands-on seminars that teach proven W. D.
Gann principles.
They cover explanations of Gann mathematics, forecasting and specific trading techniques taken directly from his actual courses and books. Covering both the stock and futures markets, students work with current charts to apply Gann techniques and actually create a forecast.
It is my hope that the opening of the 'Gann Archives'
in this way will allow traders to have worldwide access
to the original principles that held the wisdom and
genius of Mr. Gann. The teachings of Lambert-Gann Educators,
Inc. clearly demonstrate that the passage of time has
not changed these principles because they are based
on natural law and cycles.
