GridStrips™
The Latest
Development
in Charting Paper
The Lambert-Gann
Publishing Co. archives contain hundreds of W. D.
Gann charts drawn on eight squares to the inch, eight
squares to the heavy accented line, charting paper.
Mr. Gann maintained many of these charts for decades.
Once you have
charted and traded from a hand-drawn chart, you will
never want to use any other type of chart again. The
use of a chart that records all of your thoughts as
well as all market action on a consistent time frame
and price scale is a huge advantage in forecasting
and trading market action.
Lambert-Gann Educators,
Inc. is proud to introduce new GridStrips™
charting paper. GridStrips™
retains Mr. Gann’s preferred eight squares to the
inch density but changes the heavy accented line to
10 squares.
Each strip measures
11.75 in (30 cm) high by 36 in (92 cm) long and contains
90 by 288 grids. There is a small blank strip on the
bottom to facilitate pasting strips together top to
bottom with no cutting to get the needed chart height.
Similarly, GridStrips™
can be pasted end to end to add chart length.

One of the things
common to all of Mr. Gann’s hand-drawn charts was
time counts from bottoms and tops. One of Lambert-Gann
Educators, Inc. exclusive lessons in forecasting
tops and bottoms has to do with the use of
those counts in sequential harmony. Counting time
by tens on GridStrips™
can be accurately and easily done without a calculator.
GridStrips™
also make writing price scales on a chart an absolute
pleasure, especially at today’s high market prices.
For example, the Dow has traded above 11,000 (it was
closer to 300 in Mr. Gann’s day), the Nikkei Dow above
39,000, and the Australian All Ordinaries Index above
3000. Calculating multiples of ten is easily done
and assures easy and accurate charting.
GridStrips™
is designed for the Gann trader who understands the
value of hand-drawn charts that are large, easy to
maintain and accurate. The density of the chart remains
eight squares to the inch so you can convert to GridStrips™
and add them directly to your existing hand-drawn
charts.
GridStrips™
comes in packs of 20 strips per pack and sells for
US$30.00 per pack, plus shipping.

All of Mr. Gann's books and courses are available from the Lambert-Gann Publishing, Inc.
